🔁 Return Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange .

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must not have been used

• It must be in its original condition , undamaged

• It must be returned in its original packaging , with all included accessories

📦 Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable , unless they arrive defective or an error was made on our part.

❌ Returns Not Accepted

We will not accept returns if:

• The product was damaged by the customer

• The 7-day return window has passed

• The item is incomplete or missing its original packaging

🔄 Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged during shipping , we will offer a free exchange .

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected , we will issue a refund using the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days .

If you paid cash on delivery , we will offer you:

• A store credit for a future purchase,
  gold

• A bank transfer refund , if necessary

📦 Return Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item): we cover the return costs

• If the return is due to a change of mind : you are responsible for the return shipping
